MALA Mod v2 - Lotus Kendamas

I created the MALA shape by updating the Element shape to suit my playing style:

- Beefier sarado for lunars and sara grip tricks

- Sharper ring stall for more feeling

- Straightened out spot between the ring and handle for more secure handlestalls and an improved feeling for juggles

- Longer and rounder spike

- New basecup hole that makes finger lighthouse possible, but is still a certified lunar slapper

- Sticky paint on the tama
