A clean refined material that stacks all the benefits of bamboo with a new look. Bamboo has been used and loved in kendama for its density, loud clack, and weight.
Bamboo is most commonly seen with alternating dark and light layers creating a stripe pattern. The Nuboo removes one of the colors and combines the light colored layers for a more subtle look while keeping the playability of bamboo. You can notice the difference by comparing the traditional bamboo on the bottom of the Tama with the Nuboo of the ken.
